"Against the Wall" Plays at Ojai Film Festival
This weekend "Against the Wall" played at the Ojai Film Festival.
The first screening saw various celebrities in attendance such as "Back to the Future" star Lea Thompson and "Pretty in Pink" director Howard Deutch. Unfortunately Russ has other commitments and was unable to attend.

"Blue Collar Boys" - New Filmmakers New York Film Festival
"Blue Collar Boys" has been accepted into the New Filmmakers New York Film Festival.
The film will screen as the feature presentation on December 12 at 9 PM at the Anthology located at 32 2nd Ave at 2nd Street in downtown Manhattan.
Tickets will only be available at the door on December 12. starting at 5:30.
You may purchase a ticket for five hours of film starting at 6:00 or you can purchase your tickets at the 9:00 screening of Blue Collar Boys on your way into the show.
All kinds of refreshments, cast and crew Q and A. We'll keep you updated on giveaways and such as we get more information.

"Against the Wall" playing at the New Hampshire Film Festival
The New Hampshire Film Festival is very excited to announce that over 80 films have been selected for the 2011 NHFF.
Independent films selected by the New Hampshire Film Festival become part of a world-class program. Many of the filmmakers themselves partake in our educational workshops, round table discussions, and gala after-parties during the weekend.

"Blue Collar Boys" has just won in the category of "Best Micro Budget Feature" at the Toronto Independant Film Festival.

Russ Russo is "Officially Plugged In"
Russ now has an official page on Officially Plugged In!
Officially plugged in is a service providing online profiles for actors that are guaranteed to be 100% legitimate meaning that you are and not some weirdo pretending to be the actor/actress that you are interested in connecting with!
In helping actor Sean Patrick Flanery get established online with an Official site and a MySpace page, O.P.I found the most effective way to prove he was the "real deal" was to provide video.
Photos are not proof enough since they can be tweaked and changed in a graphics program.
Video showed who he is without a doubt.
Fans/friends wrote in saying they were relieved to know they are talking to and supporting the right person.

About DICK
DICK is a ballsy, dark comedy with a sensible core telling the story of bored-to-death Trevor Mills (played by Indie veteran Russ Russo) who is about to pull the plug on his sad, numb (and impotent) existence when his old childhood friend, testosterone driven Richard "Dick" Burns (The Soprano's, Kevin Interdonato) enters his life and declares himself his "Drill Sergeant Therapist, Dick."

An inappropriate but fun bro-mance, with a serious core

Russ is about to begin principal photography on the feature film "Dick" which begins shooting September 1st 2011. Russ has gone Blonde! to portray Boston University graduate & High school English teacher Trevor.
Quick Synopsis: Trevor has decided to commit suicide, when a childhood Friend Richard Burns (played by Kevin Interdonato) arrives on his doorstep, Trevor's world and life as he knows it is turned upside down in this dark comedy.
