Private Screening of “My Friend Dick”

Last night Russ, Kevin Interdonato and assorted friends attended the first private screening of
“My Friend Dick” a film in which they both appeared in lead roles.

Synopsis:
Bored-to-death (literally) Trevor Mills is about to pull the plug on his sad, numb (and impotent) existence when testosterone driven Richard – Dick – Burns enters his life and declares himself as his ‘Drill Sergeant Therapist, Dick’.

Russ has just wrapped filming for Episode 3 of the brand new NBC Television Show “Revolution.”

Batman Maybe

In August 2012 Russ appeared in the YouTube Parody video “Batman Maybe” in which he played Bruce Wayne/Batman.
Batman Maybe is A Dark Knight Rises and Carly Rae Jepsen Mash-Up featuring Blake, Bruce Wayne, Batman, Catwoman, Bane, Commissioner Gordon and Nightwing…maybe.

Within days Batman Maybe achieved viral status and has gained huge popularity with the fans.
The video received lots of attention from various media outlets and appeared on such websites as Ryan Secret. The Hollywood Reporter, Wired, G4TV to name a few.

The Projectionist

In 2011, Russ completed work on a buzzed about thriller “The Projectionist” opposite True Blood’s Natasha Alam, Cool Running’s Doug E. Doug, Donnie Brasco’s Robert Miano, Twilight Saga’s Kiowa Gordon and The Soprano’s Joseph Gianascoli. Russ plays Jacob Nicks the lead in the film. It is an incredible project into which he poured his heart and soul.

In 2011 Russ gave his most detailed Interview to date for HDSLR film workshops where he discusses the good, the bad and the amusing elements of shooting this film and why it means so much to him.
